To receive the OVMA Group rate, reservations must be made by December 31, 2006. Be sure to tell the Hotel you are with the OVMA. The Hotels check in time is 3:00 PM and the check out time is 12:00 noon.  The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals.

Using the OVMA official hotel, the Clarion Meridian Hotel, keeps your registration cost to a minimum and allows OVMA to offer more meeting for the buck.  Staying at the Clarion Meridian  Hotel also offers great networking opportunities to meet your colleagues and make new friends.  The Clarion Meridian Hotel is close to shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. There is lots to do, so bring your family.

Be sure to tell them you are with OVMA to get the convention rate. Staying in the block keeps our cost down.  If we do not meet our block, we are charged more.  Please note the hotel’s check in time is 3:00 PM and the check out time is 12:00 noon.  Early check in is based on a “space available” basis and will not be guaranteed. Luggage storage is available either for early arrival or late departures.
